Hana will be speaking at the upcoming DesignOps Summit as well as ConveyUX. She’s obviously passionate about user research as she speaks and writes on several topics like ResearchOps, agile in the enterprise and digital strategy.
We had a chance to hear a good deal about her role in a large enterprise doing user research.
Hana shared some very practical tips and personal experiences on just how to establish, scale and succeed doing user research in a large organization.
Hana and I spoke pretty in depth about how to set research up for success at any organization. We talked about how truly understanding your business and its stakeholders will help you better sell, conduct and act on findings and insights from user research.
This is something nearly everyone I know struggles with, regardless of how mature their design or research practice is at their company so I know you’re going to get some great insights from this episode.
